Replacement Policy
If a guest post or backlink is removed within the guaranteed period, we may provide a replacement link on the same website or a similar quality website, depending on publisher availability and placement conditions.
- Replacement may be offered if the link is removed unexpectedly.
- Replacement may be offered if the delivered website is different from the approved order.
- Replacement may be offered if there is a publisher-side issue after placement.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if the approved service cannot be delivered and no suitable replacement is available. Refunds are reviewed case by case based on service status, publisher response and delivery progress.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are generally not applicable in the following cases:

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before work has started. Once content writing, outreach, publisher communication or link placement work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, may take a reasonable processing time depending on payment method and internal verification.
